1. Shipping:
- Currently, we only offer shipping across the United States through UPS Ground Shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and handling fee.
- Standard shipping times vary by location.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees/taxes incurred.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
- All sales are final and non-refundable, please purchase wisely!
- Returns or exchange is only possible in the rare event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Since we personally pack and check our products, we will always ensure that we will not ship a damaged or defective item.
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at beanpuffs.co@gmail.com within 7-days of receiving the order.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We will only ship replacements once we receive the said damaged or defective item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
