Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Beanpuffs Online Store

Welcome to the Beanpuffs FAQ page! Here, you'll find answers to some common questions about our products, process, shipping, and more. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please feel free to contact us.

1. What are Beanpuffs made of?

  • Our Beanpuffs are made of polyester, super soft, super stretchy plush fabric for its main material and 100% polyester fiber for its filling. The base toy and the headpiece contain magnets that attach them together. 
  • As it is a soft toy, your Beanpuff may not arrive in its original shape due to shipping conditions, please fluff or allow time for the toy to regain its original shape.

2. Are your plush toys safe for children?

  • Safety is our top priority. All our Beanpuffs comply with US safety standards and are made with non-toxic materials. We have requested our manufacturer to test the products and they have provided a US Children’s Product Certificate (CPC), this certificate is required in order to sell in large e-commerce websites such as Amazon.
  • The recommended age range for Beanpuffs is 3 and above as they contain small parts (the magnetic little head accessories) that are not suitable for very young children. We have labeled each product with a choking hazard warning. For safety, please still exercise caution around children of any age. 

3. Do you ship internationally?

  • As of now, we are only shipping across the United States 🇺🇸, but we are working towards offering international shipping in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at beanpuffs.co@gmail.com

5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your orders to arrive. We try to ship your order as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours within placing an order. 
  • As we are only two people operating with day jobs, if we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, we will ship your orders every Friday of the week it was ordered. We will have a cut off time of 4:00PM Thursday (Pacific Time Zone). To illustrate an example:
    • Robert ordered a Beanpuff on Wednesday, we ship his order on Friday morning of the same week.
    • Elise ordered a Beanpuff on Thursday 5:00PM, we ship her order on the Friday morning of the following week.
  • Shipping times are based on UPS' standard shipping durations.

    6. How can I track my order?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to track the status of your shipment.

    7. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.

    8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

    • As of now we do not offer gift wrapping but we offer personalized messages. You can find the personalized message option as an "Add-On" when viewing a Beanpuff listing.

    9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will guide you through the return and replacement process.

    10. Do you have a physical store?

    • Currently, Beanpuffs operates exclusively online to keep our prices competitive and reach a wider audience.

    11. How often do you restock items?

    • Restock frequency varies depending on the item. You can sign up for restock notifications on our website for specific products.

    12. What is your return policy?

    • All sales are final so please purchase wisely. The only exception is if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please refer to FAQ #9 for damaged/incorrect items.

    13. How can I contact you for support?

    • You can reach our customer support team via email at beanpuffs.co@gmail.com or through the "Contact Us" form on our website. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
